Re: Speedy Biker Wants to Overtake Car but Car Takes a Left Turn
Technically it's the cars fault for not making sure there was nobody passing. However, the speeding and aggressive motorcyclist had this coming sooner or later. In this case, sooner.

Re: Speedy Biker Wants to Overtake Car but Car Takes a Left Turn
That's a tough one because the motorcyclist wasn't in oncoming traffic plus excessive speed not to mention rearending the car. The driver of the car also had his turn indicator on so fault is going to most likely be put on the rider. |

Re: Speedy Biker Wants to Overtake Car but Car Takes a Left Turn
I watched it a couple times to see if the blinker was on, I didn't see it, not saying it wasn't tho. Bikers fault for sure, but it did look like a last second decision by the car to make the turn. Had the bike not been gaining on the car so quickly, maybe speeding (could have been highway speeds from the looks of it) he would have been able to avoid it. I never understood the engine revving like the camera bike was doing, there's no reason for it... |

Re: Speedy Biker Wants to Overtake Car but Car Takes a Left Turn
yeah after watching it again a bunch the other night I really cant tell either. When people rev like that it freaks whoever's driving the cage out so you get knee jerk reactions like this. highly value your input on this though! |
