Morons. Looks like one passenger exits the car, while still on the tracks. Could have been an insurance scam. Even with people around and/or dashcams/CCTV rolling. Would love to know the outcome of this. And why the driver did this nonsense. |

I'm guessing with the dashcam filming, then there was a car in the other cars way, which is why it stopped. Slow thinking though.
