Something was wrong with the driver there. IF you listen you can hear him say "Oh shit" before he speeds up. And no braking whatsoever. Could be a stroke/heart attack

It sounds like the throttle had stuck, then he/she braked for the car in front with the revs still revving high at a standstill, then it seems he/she then let go of the brakes with the throttle still stuck on and weeeeeeeeeeeee way we go  |

If that ever happen folks just A/ put the car in neutral.. or B/ if you MUST, turn the ignition key. (steering may lock!) |
