He might have thought he had plenty of time only for the driver to have been speeding, it's happened to me plenty of times (I do not own a vehicle and walk quite frequently, I also have arthritis in my knees and can't just pick up and run when someone decides their time is more important than my life), either way the driver has rage and needs to get some jail time for that, sure give the jaywalker a ticket but seriously? Hitting the guy the second on purpose was severe enough, that kick to the head was attempted homicide.  |
