The police said that the driver involved in the case was named Cai, 40 years old. When he drove from Meinung to Liugui, he lost control and collided. The ambulance arrived at the scene after receiving the report. The ambulanceman confirmed that Cai had been injured.

I am impressed that the one guy had a working fire extinguisher. I was watching the fire to see what was going to happen next. You can see the blood trail getting longer by the second. That was a LOT of blood. |

KHound reports driver was attended to by EMT and they confirmed he was....injured! I wonder how bad. I mean that stream of blood...looks like it would be fatal!   |
