Two guys were crossing the road at an unregulated pedestrian crossing when a passenger car rushed at them at breakneck speed. One of the guys managed to jump back, and his slow comrade was powerfully shot down. The victim flew into the air and fell a few meters from the crossing.

The driver immediately disappeared and literally after 5 minutes immediately removed the numbers from the car, thinking that this would help.

The victim in the accident almost died - before the ambulance arrived, his friend resuscitated him with all his might (he is familiar with medicine). As a result, he was hospitalized.

There are laws and then there are survival skills. Ambling across a zebra crossing in the dark, oblivious to vehicle traffic, is consistent with the law but is not a reasonable survival skill.
