Guatemala, He was miraculously saved, after he was expelled hitting the ground, yet he gets up like nothing happened and continued his journey.

It's funny how he just walked it off like nothing happened. But it's also fucked up the driver just kept going without even checking on the poor guy. People can be so vile.
