Would there be an issue with Libyan and Syrian refugees if Assad had been allowed to squash the uprising and Ghadaffi was left in power? Would those 2 nations be breeding grounds for terrorism? Ghadaffi gave up his WMD programs and was no threat.

Meanwhile we continue to back the Saudis. 15 of the 9/11 highjackers were Saudi, and pages involving Saudi involvement in 9/11 were blacked out of the 9/11 report.

Absolutely agreed! The only catch is, these people are fully agressive by nature, so either they will kill themselves, or if we are unlucky, maybe us [sarcasm]. So, I'm not sure, that leaving them alone would be working out in our favor, whatsoever...
