In 1956 Canada took in an unlimited number of Hungarian refugees when the Russians came over the border. In many instances even paying to charter ships to get them here.

Ironic that today they are telling military aged Syrian men caught in a civil war that they should be staying to fight, and putting up fences to prevent refugees from crossing on the way to Germany.

Seems that the Hungarians have short memories and no issue with hypocrisy.

Why would they publicly state that they intend to place operatives amongst the refugees?

They're already winning. Every time you succeed in scaring someone it's a victory for them. They want people to fear the refugees, they want chaos, the more the better.

And they absolutely love it when internet rumours that are baseless start circulating, it means they've achieved their goal. They'd really love it if a bunch of right wing Nazi's started attacking the refugees, that would be maximum chaos for minimal effort.

Right, I wasn't even alive then. Fine, that you conclude I would speak in the name of HUNGARIANS. But... I never heard, that Hungarians tried to cross several borders ilegally. Also, it's unknown to me, they would perform such vandalic and uncivilized acts like the so-called 'refugees' today -- against the property of Canadian citizens, for instance. You are also welcome to name a Hungarian terrorist, friend.

Which ever side in Syria they believe in the most. It's their country, they should fight for it, not run and expect other countries to give them free entry and residency. I'm all for the children and women being helped and sheltered, also the elder, but the grown men should fight for what ever side they believe in the most.

Exactly, that is my point of view, also.

And, not all Hungarians fleed the fight in 1956, but several thousands of people died.

Regarding to these so-called 'refugees':

- they say what they want (because they don't posess any documents, whatsoever)
- they go where and when they like
- they go how they like, might even walk on highways, no prob
- they may take anything they like free of charge, but on the other hand
- they throw away happily everything they don't like or need (including food and water)
- they don't obey any local laws, what for? And if something isn't working out according to their wishes and desires then
- they are rioting and destroying everything they see.

How can these 'people' even be compared to Hungarian refugees in 1956? That's beyond me, seriously...
