Re: Please Explain This !
An elderly man died after the motorcycle he was riding crashed into a car before being dragged in an accident at 58 Jalan Jementah-Muar, Segamat, this afternoon. The 80-year-old victim was found dead stuck on the rear tire of a Perodua Myvi in the 2.30pm incident. According to a police chief, "When arriving at the scene of the incident, the motorcycle that the elderly man was riding is suspected to have suddenly come out into the path of the car. The rider did not have time to avoid it and crashed into the rear left side of the car before falling and being dragged and stuck on the rear tire." |

Re: Please Explain This !
If the man hit the right rear corner of car while riding in a NNE direction, his body could have swung around counterclockwise, with his right leg sliding into the car's wheelwell/tire gap. The rotating tire on the car, still moving forward, could have drawn his legs further into the gap, with that end result. The moped might have tipped to the ground or he might have been grabbing the handle bars during part to of the initial rotation, putting his leg at the perfect height to be drawn in. That's the best my imagination can do! |
