Is it the dashcam perspective or is the camera car hauling some serious ass? At higher speeds, you have to scan further down the road for vehicles travelling in the opposite direction.

The guy caught passing might not have looked far enough ahead. A share of blame for both cars, the way it looks to me.

The camera car was traveling along in the correct lane when some muppet driving on the wrong side of the road hit him head on. There is no blame for the camera car.

True enough... shit can happen in a split moment. This is why I keep my eyes glued forward unless I'm engaging in a manouvre that requires me to check behind first.
