Out of Control Tractor Trolley Slams into a Police Picket
A tractor trolley went out of control due to brake failure at Brahmanand turn in Rishikesh. After going out of control, the tractor trolley collided with the police picket at Brahmanand turn. In the incident, the police picket was shattered and the tractor trolley also overturned. The driver of the tractor trolley was injured in the accident and has been admitted to the government hospital. Several other people present at the spot somehow survived. |

Why did they wait so long to run? They could see it was out of control and heading for them but they just stood there.
