Fumbling, bumbling fool. It looks a bit like he’s kinda high on something and makes some weird decisions to jump forward to earn himself some insurance money’s.

Pretty funny how it plays out. Guy’s pulling him out, looks under and steps back in shock. I guess the bumbling person is dead or severely injured.
