I agree with TargetX. Looks like that was manual signal equipment and the operator missed the boat big time. At that point, she should have run into the road and flagged down the traffic rather than save the silly signal pole. The train was hauling ass too - so that signal flag to the train was meaningless. |

The entire operation is manual. A person has to open the gate for the train and that sets off the light and pole. It's just so stupid to rely on a person for something so dangerous. We're in 2021 how hard is it to set up sensors that do it automatically? I bet that person was on her phone. Third world incompetency at its finest.
