West Java Province, Indonesia. The inauguration of a hanging bridge on Sunday afternoon suddenly turned into a scene of panic when a primary suspension cable on the left side suddenly detached.

This caused the bridge floor to violently twist, plunge down and sag sharply to one side, throwing the entire group off balance. Roughly 50 people crowded onto the bridge consisted of local villagers and a formal government delegation. no one died but several got inured.

Problem might be more of rampant corruption than intelligence. Example theres plenty of good engineers and builders in China, they just choose to cut corners and disregard safety so they can pocket more money. Safety inspectors inspected the amount of cash they received when they visited the site and then gave the project a green light.
