Brazil, A Nissan was pulling out of a parking lot when it was hit by a Renault Megane. The young man reports that he lost control of the car on the avenue and was arrested and sent to the Central Civil Police for driving on a public road without a license.

Passengers of the Nissan, a man (41 years old) and a woman (32 years old) were injured and were taken to Hospital. Another man (48 years) also suffered minor injuries, but received care at the accident site.

One of the occupants got half thrown out the rear window of the car.

How is a fkn uturn considered pulling out? Pulling out is you merging into the lane and traveling straight ahead.
This dumbass was uturning and didn’t care to check to make sure they were clear, and then also does the slowest uturn possible, the cars seem to be going pretty fast on this road too.
Makes no sense that the driver of the red car has escaped being ticketed at the very least.
