There are some even here in the states that own only a motorcycle or scooter and drive them exclusively. Even in ridiculous weather conditions. I work with a guy that does it. I don't get it. Then again, I also work with someone that drives a hoodless car and just puts plastic around the intake when it rains. You can't fix stupid.
