Vendors and bums should not occupy roads/sidewalks/medians - encouraging traffic hazards so some lazy ass can buy a sammich without leaving their car. To that end, maybe the city equipped the bus with a Tesla robotic road easement clearing package and it still needs a little fine tuning. |
