Chile, What happened to Joseph Fritz Filaaime could have been tragic. The Haitian citizen was the vendor who was run over by the bus, and escaped with hip, left shoulder and neck problems. His injuries are minor, but he remains bedridden and unable to work. According to those who witnessed the violent accident, the incredible thing is that Joseph Fritz, who lives near the crash site, walked out as if nothing had happened. Other villagers helped him, offered him water and asked how he was doing. The bus was circulating with 35 passengers on board, none of whom were injured. According to what was published by the newspaper Las Últimas Noticias, the driver would have lost control after having suffered an epileptic seizure. |
That bus was NOT stopping.
