Miguel Cano Rodríguez, 39, a cleaning worker who was traveling with part of his family to Los Reyes, La Paz, at the time of the accident. He also worked as an app-based taxi driver. Irving Uriel Carrillo Reyes, 20, was at the scene of the accident and was injured, with 95 percent of his body burned and died later on. Carlos Iván Contreras Salinas, 29. Oscar Rubén Uriel Cortez Cisneros, 57. Eduardo Noe García Morales, a math teacher at Adolfo López Mateos Secondary School No. 53. Flash fire instead of flash flood. The fire went out quickly but who knows how those folks got set ablaze. One heck of an explosion.
