Miguel Cano Rodríguez, 39, a cleaning worker who was traveling with part of his family to Los Reyes, La Paz, at the time of the accident. He also worked as an app-based taxi driver.

Irving Uriel Carrillo Reyes, 20, was at the scene of the accident and was injured, with 95 percent of his body burned and died later on.
