so he waited for that bike to pass before crossing the road but walks straight across a very unsafe railway crossing without looking both ways. Nice place for vendors to start a market btw

Ped looking at cell phone in left hand while pushing bike with right. Vast majority of these "blind" crashes are cell related. It's a modern form of Darwinism. |
