Mentally Ill Woman Runs Across Road, Gets Struck by Car
Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico A 25-year-old woman, Hortensia G.S., was seriously injured after being hit by a car while trying to cross a road. According to preliminary information, Hortensia was in a car with her parents, but reportedly exhibited mentally unstable behaviour before getting out of the vehicle and running into the street. |

Was that a cop following her? In hindsight, he probably could've done a little better job of herding her away from traffic.
