A 25-year-old woman, Hortensia G.S., was seriously injured after being hit by a car while trying to cross a road.

According to preliminary information, Hortensia was in a car with her parents, but reportedly exhibited mentally unstable behaviour before getting out of the vehicle and running into the street.
