I work at McDonalds' and this is like the time when Rudolfo was changing the oil for lunch and he had done all the fryers and the last one he did was for fish and I guess he need to go so a asssistent manager sais she can finsh it and did the fish fryer and she accidentaly drop some sanitary gloves in the vat and on impulse she reeched into the fryer to pull it out and burned her hand and had to go to the hospital.

She deserves her medical bills to be paid as well as a disfigurment settlement. The store deserves a fine and some OSHA type training. Other than that, as shift manager, she should have made sure that the guy changing the oil didnt spill any on the floor and if he does, to clean it immediately to insure no slipping. Just a bad accident, but pain and suffering is probably not going to be awarded, thats just lawyers talking up the price tag.

If this was in America the other worker would have sued for hearing damage due to the screaming, a customer would have sued for having his lunch break being disturbed and the cleaning company would sue for the inconvenience of getting oil out of her clothes. so glad I don't live there
