I can tell you right now that most people's kids wouldn't do this. And kids know better -- just because someone is young, does not mean they do not know better.

And as for running into the kid... I bet you he doesn't throw stones at cars any more, and if he does, well.... let social Darwinism do its job!
Most kids would do this. I wish you were in a video on this website...
