In a bid to further emphasize how downright idiotic and dangerous it is to speed on a public road, the Hungarian police recently released the on-board video taken from a Lamborghini Huracán that was pretty much disintegrated after it crashed and burned following a 200-plus-mph run in traffic. This is, in fact, the first recorded Huracán crash ever, so it should get double points for also being caught on film. The event actually happened in September 2014, but it is only now that the footage has emerged on YouTube.

As you can see from the footage taken before the horrific accident, the two passengers were quite literally having a blast while the Lambo went 330 km/h (205 mph) more than once during not exactly light traffic on Hungary’s M7 highway, during the daytime. At about the 1:25 mark into the video, the car seemingly hit a defect in the road, causing the driver to lose control of the car while the speedometer was showing 313 km/h (194 mph). The end of the video shows a few photos of the aftermath, with the Verde Mantis Lamborghini Huracán having been turned into aluminum and carbon fiber ashes after it also caught fire from the crash.
Surprisingly, both occupants got themselves out of the wreck before it was engulfed by flames, with the smartphone-wielding passenger suffering serious but not life-threatening injuries. Not many other details are known at this point, except the fact that the driver is facing charges of reckless driving and endangerment.
