I'd like to know the speed limit of those streets. I find it hard to believe that you could catch air bouncing off a mazda like that if it was anywhere near what should be legal speeds in narrow streets like that. I don't know about UK insurance but in Canada that would probably be 50/50 unless the insurance company determined that the lambo was not speeding... In which case the mazda would be seeing an insurance increase.

when caught on film like that it's clear the mazda pulled out right in front of a moving vehicle when it should have given way. The lambo rode up on the mazda's wheel making it airborn, i don't think it was going all that fast. (30mph speed limit btw). I'd bet 100% that its mazda's fault in the eyes of the insurance. |

I bet that will be 50k+. Once saw a Ferrai 599 GTO, with a "minor" parking accident (someone backed up into him), it cost 35k€ to fix, and you hardly saw a damage, damn carbon fibre...

I've had that happen to me in GTA V so many times. Usually I just jump out the car and shoot the fucker for getting in my way.  |
