Going to have to go with not the bicyclist's fault in this case. He was on the edge of the road, wasn't swerving around or anything... the truck driver decided to give him a little more room, and the Lada driver who is rather illegally splitting a single lane road into two in order to overtake loses control of his vehicle. So... I'm blaming the Lada.

as much as i hate cyclists it was the fault of the truck for swerving without checking or indicating......and maybe the shitty lada for cruising at such a high speed.... when are these russians gonna learn that those crappy little cars don't turn or stop well when going over 40mph |
