on crosswalk, but really, always look both sides before crossing a road. Kid got some fractures and was transported to the local hospital. |

Same fucking story every time. Driver not paying attention to stopped traffic. Pedestrian stepping out blind and not fucking looking at what it is coming in the next lane. In these cases, liability should be 50:50.
