It was'nt the drivers fault but he saw the kids standing there so he should have reduced his speed as you should alway think that chiled could run across the road.

True enough. Especially when they are being utterly ridiculous and standing in the middle of the busy road. But that's what kids are like and the driver and kid are lucky he was not badly injured. Hopefully he got checked out though. Concussions can be deadly.
