Always wonder about these “car runs over pedestrian” videos when the driver backs up and runs over them again. Do they think backing up will undo the damage or turn back the clock?

driver was very distracted or drunk i guess  but who the hell is block walking in the middle of the street thinking they own the road. |

Four pedestrians were seriously injured in a shocking accident on a busy road in the capital Dhaka. Eyewitnesses alleged that the driver lost control of his vehicle while drunk and suddenly ran over the pedestrians. The incident occurred when four guardians were walking on the road. CCTV footage shows that the vehicle bearing the plate number Dhaka Metro-G 39-28-28 ran directly over them without honking its horn. One of the injured was trapped under the vehicle and was seriously injured and is currently battling for life in the ICU. Another suffered serious injuries to his leg and doctors are fearing that his leg will be amputated. Eyewitnesses said that when the driver tried to stop him after the accident, he ran over a woman with his car wheel two or three times and dragged her forward before fleeing. Police said a case has been registered in the incident. Work is underway to identify the owner and driver of the vehicle after analyzing the CCTV footage. Meanwhile, local residents and the families of the injured have demanded the immediate arrest of the guilty driver and exemplary punishment. |
