well it looks like europe where lane splitting and filtering is legal in most countries...

though i normally support bikers stright up i have to say that when you filter you need to take extra care near intersections because cars and pedestrians come out of anywhere and often you won't see them until the last second.....

i think legally the biker was in the wrong, not because he was filtering but because he didn't make provision for there being a pedestrian on the pedestrian crossing...... and the pedestrian was actually hurrying across the crossing which is admirable....most just fucking dawdle without a care in the world for everyone they're holding up...
