Re: Indian National Woman Buried Under Pathway Tiles
BBC News claims she was sitting on the bench. Maybe time they joined DR so that they can document reality accurately? https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c39krpky3v8o |

Re: Indian National Woman Buried Under Pathway Tiles
Nine days since an Indian woman, Vijaya Lakshmi Gali, disappeared in a sinkhole in Malaysia, authorities in Kuala Lumpur called off the search and rescue operation in an attempt to find her. 48-year-old Vijaya Lakshmi Gali, who frequently travels to Malaysia and Singapore for business, disappeared after falling into the 8m-deep hole. She was on her way to the temple when the ground suddenly caved in. Her husband and son managed to escape the collapse. Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories) Dr Zaliha Mustafa said the decision was reached after a detailed evaluation of expert and technical advice on the operation that was now in its ninth day. “After nine days of SAR and consideration from the Cabinet as well as experts including the police, the search team, DBKL, geologists and more, we've decided to halt the search efforts today," she told reporters at the location of the sinkhole. Dr Zaliha said that while an obstruction was detected during the search, it could not be positively identified. |
