Looking at that old black car, I'll bet there was some 80-year-old half-blind and mostly deaf old coot at the wheel who should have been stripped of their license years ago, and probably turned into soylent green long before that.

I had someone do that to me on a motorcycle once. I drove onto the pedestrian sidewalk in front of Hooters of all places and floored it pass the idiot.
