Formal charges were filed in Columbia County court against a Mississippi man in connection with a fatal accident in the Town of Randolph last August.

40-year-old Patrick Craft is charged with Homicide By Negligent Use of a Vehicle.

C. N.of Lake Geneva died from her injuries sustained in a semi-versus-van accident. The 40-year-old victim was driving a van pulling a camper that was northbound on Highway 73.

She was struck by a truck operated by Craft that was eastbound on County Highway E that had failed to stop at the stop sign.

There were seven children in the van; one sustained serious injuries while three had minor injuries.

Both Craft and N. were trapped inside their vehicles and the jaws of life were needed to remove them.

Dunno, i searched for randolph and geneva before posting but yeah that woman looks familiar.
