I love brasil (been there twice) and might live there some day (in the big metropolises). But there's something about Brazilians' intelligence plummeting to really low levels anytime they get close to traffic roads. Bah, that kid was probably drunk anyway but shit. is it really that much of a strain on the mind to check for passing cars before crossing? wtf?
