Help me figure out an optical illusion. At about 6 seconds something blue appears under the truck about two feet behind the front wheel. It disappears by 8 seconds then reappears at 15 seconds as the truck is backing up. It looks like two legs.

Looks like the headlights from traffic coming towards the right side of the dump truck are lighting up that side. Guessing it’s trash hanging down. Sure looks like blue pants. Who knows, he could’ve already had a victim before he got in this incident!

That IS very puzzling. Could it be a light reflection? From all the blue light in the shot, they must be in front of a business that has bright lights. But it doesn't look like a dot, it DOES look like a toddlers 2 legs. But no one went under the truck in that area.
