What the hell if you're on a scooter/motorcycle and get bumped by a damn DUMP TRUCK it's probably a good idea to move out of the way at least.Unfortunately the driver of the scooter will have to live with the guilt forever. I'd hate to have to explain what happened to mom to my kid after that  That doesn't include the memory the dump truck driver will have to live with |

Help me figure out an optical illusion. At about 6 seconds something blue appears under the truck about two feet behind the front wheel. It disappears by 8 seconds then reappears at 15 seconds as the truck is backing up. It looks like two legs.  |

That IS very puzzling. Could it be a light reflection? From all the blue light in the shot, they must be in front of a business that has bright lights. But it doesn't look like a dot, it DOES look like a toddlers 2 legs. But no one went under the truck in that area.
