Okay, its not gore but it is bizarre.
This happend yesterday.
He suffered serious injuries but he's now in stable condition.

That ambulance was escorted by 3 police bikers.
It was one its way to an other accident.
One of the police bikers closed down one carriageway.
So that the ambulance could easily drive up the highway.
