Top load was not moving so it got too heavy and unstable.

i seen similiar happen b4, i bet the load was tipped in the truck at least a few hrs before, or the previous evening, and it got wet, the top dries and makes it look all sweet, but when u try and tip the shit sticks like mud, cause it is mud. also the driver is a moron for not slowly drivin forward while tipping..
