He just rushed in on the crosswalk and paid the price. Not like the driver is not to blame as he should have noticed something and stopped on the spot. Two dumbasses on the street and you get what you just sow.  |

On a wet road? Pretty damn hard to stop on a dime when it's raining. The cyclist is fully to blame for riding at full speed across a pedestrian crossing in the wet. The outcome was inevitable.
