That wasnt a crosswalk. The signs were indicating a cross walk on the road turning right which you can see behind the silver car at 0:25 mark. Those people were jaywalking. And  to the car driver who just left the scene motherfucker.

Jaywalkers will be stupid. Jaywalkers will be killed. Whilst personally I don't give shit about hitting them, I still would have stopped afterwards just so I wouldn't get my arse arrested. Bad enough that I'd have to get my car detailed afterwards creaming a moron, don't need to spend time in the clink as well.
