Is it just me or does that officer seem pretty laid back for just seeing that. I mean it takes him forever to go and check on the person and he even goes and speaks to the driver of the parked car before checking on the guy.

he probably used his radio to call for help, then told the driver that was parked up to stay where he was, til they sorted out the idiot drunk

Maybe, but I would have tended to the man in the street first lol, if for no other reason then to make sure no other cars hit him lol
