Further investigations show that after the car plunged into the water the gender of the driver was revealed by a prominent blue fountain of confetti. It has also been revealed that prior to the incident the vehicle was stopped by a police patrol and body camera footage reveals that the driver was indeed a young buoy who could not reach the pedals.  ·  · |
