On the night of Saturday, October 3, security camera footage captures an elderly woman, identified as Mrs. P.G.S., a 66-year-old woman who works independently as a car park attendant, already more than halfway across the main road when the driver of a black Dodge Neon accelerated, struck her and dragged her several feet without stopping to help.

The victim lives entirely alone and faces severe economic hardship. Though initially stabilized by municipal Civil Protection paramedics with severe bruising and a dislocated right elbow, further medical assessments indicate she suffered an open fracture that requires urgent surgery. Community members are currently organizing solidarity campaigns to help her cover rising medical and surgical costs at the hospital.

Police quickly located and impounded the black Dodge Neon after the driver abandoned it nearby. Authorities are actively cross-referencing registration records to locate the vehicle's legal owner and confirm who was behind the wheel at the exact time of the crime.
