Egypt. In the industrial city of Kafr El-Sheikh, a private car hit 3 people while they were walking on the road, resulting in the death of a woman and her son and the serious injury of her daughter.

The security services were able to apprehend the driver of the vehicle that caused the accident, impound the vehicle, and take the necessary legal measures, while the competent authorities began investigating to determine the causes and circumstances of the incident.

I probably would have chosen to hit the asshole in the car as opposed to running over the people. The gray car was more at fault than the car that hit them. (IMO) Soft targets as opposed to the hard one. What a messed up situation.
