Delivery Guy on Motorcycle Smashes Hard into a Car

Brazil, The motorist explained: “I was driving my car to take my girls to school, and the motorcyclist came at high speed, and smashed into the side of my car. It was practically a total loss. This seems to happen about once a week in Brazil. They need traffic lights that will raise a barrier and block those with a red light from moving.

Or put a stop sign on the cross street. ANYTHING AT ALL!
Hard to believe motorcyclists drive that fast in places where there is no intersection control. I'd be edging up to EVERY intersection unless I KNEW it was clear.
