Injured or drunk I guess. I kind of feel bad for her though. Even if it wasn't a crosswalk, the driver didn't even slow down at that turn.

I'm thinking maybe they were disabled..... Hong Kong though, I would have imagined everyone just walking straight on by. Maybe those two were with him/her and just a bit further up the road.
