Idiot broken down car driver sealed his own fate. 1. Rule #1 is look for hazards and evacuate all people to save scene when a car is disabled. 2. Looks like the road sloped to the right. He probably could have drifted his car off the exit and into the shoulder by momentum instead of stopping in the middle of travel lanes. |
