That's an oversized load. All oversized loads are very regulated to truck paths. When & where you can get to point A to B. I am willing to bet they didn't have the permits for that oversize load! This fatality is an enormous lawsuit that will exceed just the insurance policy.

it's clearly a utility company pulling a pole trailer. They aren't required to have wide load requirements. In most states the red flag on the end of pole is all that reguire. Second the SUV changed lanes within a 100ft of the intersection which in most states is illegal and is illegal for this very reason. And thrid looked as if the driver of the SUV was speeding possible to get threw the light before it turn completely red. From the video 90 percent of the blame falls on the driver of the SUV not the utility truck
